Just play one note and the Randomized Gamelan does the rest. This is an instrument rack consisting of four Operator instruments processed through randomized scale settings which are further influenced by low frequency oscillators. Three different versions of the instrument rack are included for experiment and amusement, along with accompanying Operator instrument subracks and version 2.0.5 of Robert Henke's Max for Live LFO. If you play around with the racks, you may need to relink the LFO oscillators to the macro knobs in order to provide the right level of randomization and variation. There are no samples, everything is frequency modulation synthesis which provides for efficient audio processing and quick portability.
