I set out to create a feel of a glitchy hip-hop tune with synths while developing my Soundtoys Producers Challenge entry. It turned out a bit orchestral with a glitch! There are 22 tracks on this song and 11 of them have toys, that is more than 1/2 the toys in the toy box! many of these contain muliptle Soundtoys effects - 16 instances in all. Not to mention some custom created glitches and sounds that I made with toys, the most obvious one being the very end of the song. It was fun to create this project with plenty of opportunities for tweeking.

Not used SoundToys but some good FX in there. Frank is right that bass is a beast of a sound... I want it! You gotta use that again in a song.

Hi Mikhail. I have mixed feelings too. I wanted to do something where I was playing the bass guitar. I was also inspired by a recording I did here for a hip hop artist and was very impressed by the amount of detail in the music. Even though on the surface it does not sound like it, the song is very complex. I thought I would try to duplicate the technique just for the experience. Maybe either I should give it up, or keep practicing? Anyway, thanks for the comments. I check your page from time to time in search of the next fun song. Let me go there now and see whats up?

When I heard this work from You I had mixed emotions: I wanted to lough and the same time to hide under the bed.
