Austin, Texas multi-instrumentalist and producer Neon Vines is known for blending the intricate and technical world of music production with the expressive, emotional world of musicianship to create a performance and sound that’s never been seen or heard.
Her electronic production is top notch as you can hear in latest pop head bobbing single “Lay Low” which features live looping using the AKAI MPC X, Izotope, Kontakt’s Cuba Series, the Seaboard RISE, and more!
Now Neon Vines is inviting the Blend community to dig deeper and remix “Lay Low” and hear your own spin on her track. Are you ready to collaborate?
Here’s how to get involved:
- Pull the stems for “Lay Low”
- Create your remix in your DAW of choice
- Publish your update by December 10th to have your remix be submitted and reviewed
And that’s it!
Neon Vines will listen to all of the published updates and announce a grand prize winner to receive Izotope’s Stutter Edit and ROLI’s Equator. Two runner ups will receive ROLI’s Equator. Let’s start remixing!!!!
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
Neon Vines listened to all 35+ awesome remixes submitted on Blend and narrowed it down to her top three favorite remixes. Congrats to Davilone as the grand prize winner and the runnerup's are Darius Shipp, and Initial G. Neon Vines reflected on her Blend remix campaign sharing "This decision was beyond difficult as there was an astronomical amount of talent and creativity displayed among all submissions.
