All parts of the remix are derived from the original stems and converted to old school sting machines and vintage synths. I used the IRCAM tool set to create the derivative tracks extracting the signal’s peaks with various parameters allowing me to organize them by frequency, sound pressure or psycho-acoustic level. In addition, I tweaked the partials to create interesting soundscapes and sonic texture. Enjoy.
