I had fun with this assignment. Put together some groovy drums with pitch shifting going on. did a lot of cool filter stuff. Added live bass. the 'plunk key' patch is one i made myself by sampling the strings above the nut of the guitar and making that into a whole keyboard patch. Also made the voice chops myself. just sang a freestyle melody along to the track and then selected some transients from that performance and sliced those to a new sampler. added morphoder to the vocals as well as lots of delays and effects This is the first session of 2 from the Intro to Ableton MOOC for Berklee Online via Coursera

Love this! I just took Erin Barra's coursera class too, my first time using Ableton ever. It's really cool to hear that you actually wrote a song - that's what I'm hoping to do, rather than tracks only.

I really like this song and I can tell there has been some subtle change since I first heard the song. ~8,000 listens with ~700 likes is the most I've seen on here. Some people are suggesting that you seek commercial interest for the song. This song really is there. I love this song.
