@Spede tried to address the issues you commented on, but found myself unable to find a space to drop out the drums. Tried to add some variation to the drums by dropping kicks in out here or there and adding tom fills. Made kicks more punchy and chopped of some of the high end from the snare. Tried to make it all in all a bit spacier with a tiny reverb more here and there.

@spede thanks for your advice. As I said I too am not really satisfied with the guitar only parts. But maybe less is more here. It is an elegy, so maybe tristesse is needed. But I will try to alter the drum part and mixing. On another project right now, but next week will come.

Nice! I think the guitar works great here. It doesn't really sound like a normal guitar but that's what's so intriguing about it! The drums definitely need some variation like you said already; maybe drop the out at some point to create a break. The clara pad comes in at right moment. I think you'd have magic here if you'd figure out to make the entrance (and the pad altogether) more intensive. Mix notes: IMO the snare's top end wight need to be lower and the kick needs to be louder altogether.

Really moody; love the ambient guitar Markus. Think it could still do with a little more light and shade; especially around the middle between the vocal sections. Great vibe ;)

Lot of work rigging the vocals. But such a beautiful voice. Hope this one is to your liking. JUst rough mix so far. Guitar parts need some smoothing or maybe a second one - still debating. Comments and suggestions welcome. Drums need some variation too. Enjoy, comment, like. :-)
