This is a session done in Kontakt and drums coming from EMX. I liked the loop I did, and made a arrangement out of it. A bit of serum on the low end.

@ATomArt so true!

Sometimes the most interesting and creative things happen by chance. I like things like that!....

@ATomArt interesting twist. I was not defending either. I guess this is why good artist often never comment on their own work. Leaves more to the imagination of the spectator.

Ha! I understand! I was not criticizing. You do Very Well with your writing. I was just pointing out that when you used the word Life (even if by accident) it added a whole new poetic meaning to the sentence. It made me think that this place is a very important part of Your Life as opposed to just a place near where you Live... GO "Shredder"!!!....

Thanks @ATomArt yeah, I should get a lector! This is an old problem. Second time this week somebody reminded me, it gets expensive! :P I really need to concentrate to write grammatically correct and sometimes that does not help :D I often do phonetic or optical similar words when I write. Fun fact: my artist name is actually a misspelling of the german word for shredder. My way of dealing with it. :) ...long story.

Beautiful photo and poetic answer! I think that should be your next project! Musically express all of those ingredients in a piece that follows the segments in the photo waveform. Judging by listening to this one piece I'm sure you could do it. That place must mean a lot to you... You typed "I life" instead of "I live"... I'll send you my bill... Ha!...

Thanks @Thomas Lopez ! Thanks @ATomArt Its funny now that you write it, it does look like a waveform :D Its a shot I took running close to where I life. So it sounds like home to me. And it sounds like gravel foot steps and B B Kings - Thrill is gone. :) I used the gravel as a background sound in a older track I did. ;)

Impressive composition reiswolf! Nice instrumentation... The land and its reflection in your cover art looks like a waveform. I wonder what it would sound like?!....

Really nice build up... Need to listen again trumpets! Good job!!!

Better brass. I put everything in a room and most importantly added a triangle :) ... getting there.

I see, it doesn´t sound much like a trumpet right now because it is so high. Maybe lower it an octave indeed. - Or doubling it up on a lower octave would also sound good and give a bit more foundation and trumpet feel, I believe.

@JeanLeGrand thanks! I have a look. The track is basically dry right now, except for eq, and a bit of reverb coming from the EMX drums. Never did brass, in a mix, lets see if I can make it fit. Is it maybe too high for a ,,real" sounding trumpet? Any trumpet players?
