This is my submission for the Blend U-he contest. I couldn't make a patch nor could I bring myself to make a loop, so I went ahead and created a full track. Since this was blend's idea I decided to go ahead and test my ability to mix two different styles of music together. To the best of my ability and knowledge, I made a Hip Hop beat with Electronic music elements. With the Hive plugin I was able to do this rather smoothly. In fact the presets menu is categorized by genre including Hip Hop and Electronic so picking out sounds was a matter of feeling it out and less searching! The due date for this was the 30th so I really, really, really hope I'm not too late. I'm definitely open to advice and suggestions for future productions because I really like the way Electronic and Hip Hop sounds together! I hope you all enjoy!
