Make a beat and get selected to face off against your peers in a battle for the best beat in Miami! The winner will take home prizes from Decap, Steinberg, Eventide, ROLI, FXpansion, iZotope, Beat Academy & more plus bragging rights for the year. perform at Music Expo Miami and win prizes. While widely open, we encourage music makers from Southern Florida to participate.
Here is how to get involved
- Pull Decap’s Drums That Knock Vol. 5 sample pack
- Create 3 tracks 30, 60 and 90 seconds blending your own sounds with the provided pack. All must be different original tracks.
- Publish your update to Decap's project with your remix by March 16th

Music Expo's production challenge wrapped up with some incredible submissions utilizing Depac's Drums That Knock Vol. 5. After the team reviewed all of the new tracks, they have chosen Vuulcan as the first place winner for the contest! Congrats Vuulcan!
