I'm and 18 year producer who just started out. I have had Ableton for awhile now but haven't got into it that much till now. I have been a DJ for over a year now but I want to start producing uplifting electro songs that make you energized and happy. When you come to my shows I want it to be memorable and I hope my music helps with that!

Thanks a lot Kurt and The Hutch! I thought the drumloop was to long also, I'm not to sure why I didnt change it to 2 phrases... I guess I thought it was gonna be a longer composition. At least its an easy fix! The sound i Put in that builds up from .35-.45 took me a little bit of research to make it sound somewhat how I wanted to. I put one midi note in a simpler and had the pitch rise with long volume release. Im glad it grabbed your ears. I want to learn how to make the synth change up, or have layers on top of it and sound good. I still want to learn how to use reverb more effectively . And good idea about the hi-hats! Ill have to try that. :) I also want my drumloop at the start have some aspects of the melody in it but don't know how to go about it to do so!

Apart from the drum intro being too long I'd say you have some potential with this. The mega crescendo at .40 is a great start and grab your ears. and I like the pulse chords a lot. The over tune is good but I'd experiment with different synths, reverb or FX. For the drum loop try making a another clip but with a hi-hat running over it to change the pace a little now and again. Giid effort my friend. Regards,

Thanks Jaren! I think I got a little lucky on the melody. I just found what went together good and with some trial and error I made this!

Finished but I could do a lot to make this track better if I had more knowledge in ableton.
