Progress:Getting there
For the second assignment I decided to attempt recording a song from a band I'm in, TYRRANOCAT. Still need some tweaks but want to get the assignment in before the deadline. It's been a challenge actually recording/mixing people other than myself and creating a good sound stage, so critiques are very welcome.
The song has several different tempos and transitions between them so we ended up just throwing bpm out the window. We recorded drums and mock vocals/Uke first, cleaned up the drums some, and just recorded everything else to it. It worked out better than I expected, but curious how others deal with varying tempo that's not well defined. I know you can control tempo in the timeline, but haven't used it in anything complex.

Thanks! The vocals are being sent to a reverb return, but I'll play around with adding some directly as well.

Your band has a very unique sound, it's cool. I agree with @Nelectric, a little reverb on the vocals can go a long ways.

I like your song. Try putting a little reverb on the vocals to give them some space.

Need to lower vocals in some spots and make the ukulele a bit bigger in the beginning
