yes, i saw this on the beat track. But shouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately you can't add plug ins on top of freezed tracks. But if you re-record or re-route the beat on a different track, you can add your eq automation on this one as before.

the only thing i miss from the "original" project is the little low cut at the beginning of the track. the full bass really comes in at the verse and pushes the track a bit more in this moment ... you used outboard gear for this, right? is it possible for me to change that?

"mastering" is always a balancing act between between keeping the dynamic nature of the track and not become a member of the ongoing "loudness war" over the last years. If i look at the generated preview graphics for the track, someone could think this was one step to far ;)

sounds good, doesn't sound overcooked like a lot of the mastering on pro tracks these days, but to my taste it could use a bit more dynamic range, but then again, who am i :-)

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not my submission to Erin Barra's remix competition! 110% @skateBerlin stuff...but to make absolutely shure that this kick ass remix will make it, i treated the material with some audio candy stuff ;) What i did: a) add my lovely "reversed vocal -> into plate -> reverse back the vocals" on a 2nd track under the background vocals b) a lot of eq-ing, compression (just a little bit *g) and finally a few things on the master. So at the end...nothing that was already in the track ;) Hope you like it @skateBerlin.
